Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about a service, you may request a full refund within 3 business days of making the payment. After 3 business days, refunds will be issued at ExpaDigital’s discretion, and any costs incurred, such as domain registration, administrative fees, add-on purchases, and time spent on work, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Dissatisfaction with Design Elements
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the design after two major revisions, you may request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus any costs incurred for domain names, administration, add-on purchases, and time spent on the project.
Project Not Started
If the project has not commenced within 45 business days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Hosting & Domain Payments
If you request the cancellation of hosting or domain services, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the time remaining. For yearly prepayments, refunds will be calculated at the monthly rate of the hosting plan and issued accordingly.
Refund Processing Times
All approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 28 business days. Refunds will be issued via account credit, bank transfer, or credited back to the original payment method used within the specified timeframe.
