Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which ExpaDigital will issue a refund. By registering to any ExpaDigital service you are declaring that you accept all terms and conditions outlined within the refund policy.

 

Change of mind policy

If a client changes their mind and issues a written request for a refund within 3 business days of payment the client will be eligible for a 100% refund. If a client changes their mind and issues a written request after 3 business days from payment at ExpaDigital discretion we shall issue a refund minus any costs incurred through domain names, administration, add on purchases and time worked.

Not happy with design elements

If a client is not happy with any aspect of the presented design after 2 major revisions, the client is eligble for a refund minus any costs incurred through domain names, administration, add on purchases and time worked.

Project not started

In cases where the project has not started within 45 business days, the client is eligble for a full refund.

Hosting & Domain payments

In case of a service cancellation request submitted by the client, a prorated refund will be issued if the account is eligible for a refund. Cancellations of accounts pre-paid on a yearly basis will only receive a prorated refund based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan.

Refund timescales

All refunds issued will take a maximum of 28 business days and will be refunded to the client via account credits/ bank transfer or credited back to the card paid with within 28 business days.
